Sausage Ring

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. Purnell’s "Old Folks" Medium or Hot Pork Sausage
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup minced yellow onion
  • 1 tbsp catsup

How to prepare:

Mix sausage with all ingredients until thoroughly blended. Place in buttered foil-lined ring mold. Bake at 350ºF for 1 hour. Drain off fat and invert onto serving platter. Remove foil and fill center with scrambled eggs, mashed potatoes or your favorite vegetable. Serves 4.
